Who are you?
You are a driven, creative, experienced lighting designer with desire to succeed, you are customer-focused, solution- and result-oriented.
Your profile:
- Experience and knowledge of LED lighting
- Working with Dialux / Relux. / AutoCAD
- Processing info in our ERP and CRM system (salesforce.com)
- Understanding the required project specifications and EU legislation
- Preparing quotations and accompanying documentation
- Skilled in presenting your lighting design and the corresponding argumentation (internal / external)
- Problem-solving skills: find solutions to challenges that arise during the installation of lighting
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, English and preferable German, and French
Your responsibilities:
- Designing lighting plans
- Bringing awareness and excitement by explaining the role that light plays in different contexts (Indoor Lighting Applications/ Office & Industry) hereby influencing purchasing decisions/deals
- Presenting technical lighting fixtures in a solid light calculation
- Explain how to achieve the desired light effects/levels
- Evaluating existing lighting design and suggesting changes when necessary
- Establishing a budget for lighting design based on factors such as design complexity, available funds and time constrains
- Meeting with team members to discuss design concepts and get feedback on draft of designs
- Maintain long term relationships with customers
